Consciousness saves me from being angry  and holding me back. I am not easily angered by anything anymore. I am happy to be back where I was...when i had no care of the pain that other peoples action triggered in me. It is all but negative energy. The pain could be felt but my dealing with it drains it out as quickly it surfaces.
It is more love  openly and generously. Ego is not a thing I partner with and nurture and it is an amazing everyday experience.
I laugh off the the things that i see then that would have been an offence of others to the pride and ego that is just taking precious space in my spirit.
I am  in the process of being genuinely mature spiritually. I am still in the journey and the releasing of fear releases the  true joy  i  love dancing with.

ORGANIZE NOW THRU SUMMER

5 Little Sayings to Help You Get Organized

'Spring Ahead. Fall Back.' That little saying always helps us remember whether we should set the clock ahead or back one hour. Similar little sayings, are also great for helping you to get and stay organized. Here are just a few:

A HOME FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE.  Every item you have, no matter what it is, should have a designated home. For instance, the home for your magazines might be your magazine holder, which is located on your bookshelf. Or your home for your extra file folders and labels, might be the top shelf of your office supplies cabinet. If an item doesn't have a specific home, it's considered to be 'homeless.' Something that is homeless, tends to get lost. Designate a specific home for all of your stuff. Then, be sure that everything taken, gets returned to its home when done being used.

DON'T PUT IT DOWN. PUT IT AWAY. When you remove something from its home, the best thing to do when you're done using it, is to put it away. Yes, sometimes it seems easier to just place it on the kitchen table until later, or to put it on your desk until tomorrow. Unfortunately, this often results in many items being out of place, which can leave your home or office in disarray. Never mind the fact that it presents a bad example for other family members, or staff members. Don't give clutter a chance to form. Put it away now. You'll find it when you need it, and your environment will remain clutter-free.

FILE, DON'T PILE. It is very easy to get overwhelmed with paper. Our paper volume increases on a daily basis. Between lists, mail, bills, school papers, documentation, warranties, etc., it's often seen as a pain to take the time to handle those papers immediately. However, if those papers begin to transform themselves into piles--and they usually do--it's going to be even more of a pain to get them under control. Piles tend to get taller and taller, until even the idea of dismantling them seems colossal. This results in lots of piles, and even more stress. If you DON'T need a piece of paper, get rid of it immediately. Either recycle it, or give it to the appropriate party. If you DO need a piece of paper, file it right now. Don't put it down even for a minute. Either place it in your filing cabinet, your Tickler file, your bill paying system, etc. If you take the time to file it now, it won't stand a chance of growing into a huge pile.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Clutter and chaos go hand in hand. The more things you have, the easier it is for clutter to form and grow. Always remember to place your emphasis on quality over quantity. In other words, it's not important to have a lot of things, many of which you never use. It's more beneficial to have fewer things, all of which you use and/or enjoy. Simplify your life and you will get and stay organized!

FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT, GET EVERYTHING DONE WHEN IT'S DUE. Many people think that getting organized is about being neat and tidy. On the contrary, a person who is not very neat or tidy, can be very organized. Being organized actually entails 'finding everything you need when you need it, and getting everything done when it's due.' If you can master these two things, you are well on your way to being organized

OPRAH IS CORRECT!

"... that you are not the product of your circumstances. You are a composite of all the things you believe, and all the places you believe you can go. Your past does not define you. You can step out of your history and create a new day for yourself. Even if the entire culture is saying, "You can't." Even if every single possible bad thing that can happen to you does. You can keep going forward."

My brain in teaching mode and the Snowstorm in Toronto

Since last night, my mind is flexing to such extent that I slept at 3am. Thinking how to be better everyday that a switch of  deliverance came up with me, changing my words and saying from I am going to or I will rather than I have to. How a much more positive spin in acknowleging of what I may have to do can be a clearer and rewarding task if taken masterfully as something that is a matter of honor and pride.

I have to go to work  to I am going to work
I have to do the laundry to I will do the laundry
I have to clean up  to I will clean up
I have to say sorry to I will say sorry
I have to think about it to I will think about it

Now !That sound more assertive, assuring, and commanding to my own self respect and authority! It feels more of a spoken promise to fulfill and accomplish what needed to happen. This I can do, not just think if I should or can do. I just have to say it, practice it and live by it everyday so I can be a lovelier person for me in the midst of all those "I will..." things to do.

The snowstorm bombarded Toronto at 2 am and I was awake, curious and sublime. My thoughts learned to be smarter and mature to survive it's own stormy ordeals in life.It was such a revelation that awakened my deeper higher intelect to come out of the ordinary thinking from ordinary resolve.

Today the snowstorm is pounding the glass wall of my store and I am smiling with hope and renewd energy that this ,too , like my lame excuses and self-pity, shall pass.

Maintaining organization, cleanliness and beauty in my surrounding....

Essentially am talking about my abode, my enclave ...my HOME!

Early morning today…i took care of my plants by my window. Cleaned/watered and change some pots.
I cooked and served lunch with our Afternoon delight classical music CD playing in the background and immediately washed the dishes afterwards. No dirty dishes is one less stress to look at.
I refolded our clothes vertically. It is easier to see and find what shirt etc. I need. I started with my two teens drawers and they liked it.
I picked up my jewelries that are astray all around different little trays and put them on my hanging pockets for jewelries. While I was walking around, I was dusting with my little microfibre rug around my furnitures and electronics (tv,frames, keyboard etc.)
This may all seem shallow and simple yet allowing my self to see this little tasks done serve as an accomplishment for my goals. I cheer for each and every work I have done and been doing. It makes me confirm that I am actually doing it and I am succeeding.

(Part of my GOAL for 2011)
